How to change/reset your password


Follow these steps:
  • Open the page Login
  • Insert your User Name (callsign)
  • Press the link in the section "Forgotten your password?"
  • You will receive an e-mail in a few seconds
  • Open the link that is contained within the e-mail
  • Insert new password and press "Send"

How to get a new Upload Code


Follow these steps:
  • Login
  • Modify profile
  • Upload code: Resend my code -or- Send me a new code
  • Press "Send"

How to change your callsign


Follow these steps:
  • Login
  • Utilities
  • Change callsign
Using this option you will delete your old callsign, you will create a new callsign, all your QSO will be moved from old to new account.
